How to use EC Pro guide (PC Version):

Prior to booking any type of lesson you will need to create an account. We recommend creating one account per family and adding additional riders.

How to register an account: 

1. Register online at Sandy Lane EC (ecpro.co.uk)
2. Click “ARE YOU NEW HERE? Click to Register”
   
3. Complete form and click “register”

​How to add more then one rider?

1. Go to the “Dashboard” (Account Home)
2. Click “Manage Riders”
   
3. Click “Add Riders”
   
4. Complete form and click “Submit”
   

How to book a lesson:

For new riders an assessment lesson is required; this allows us to get to know you and to asses the current level of riding. You can either book a lesson online or by giving us a call on 01606 854244

Private lessons

1. Click “Make a booking”
2. Click on the date below “Choose your date”
3. Select your date from the calendar and click “Show availability”
4. Scroll down to “Private”
5. Click the time you would like to book
6. Select instructor, type of lesson & rider
7. Select School Horse - instructors assign all horses
8. Select payment (if “None” you will be charged at check out for individual price OR “Token” if you have purchased one of our “Token Packages”)
9. Press “Add to basket”
10. Repeat process if bulk booking
11. Once all booking are complete, go to “Basket” (top right of page)
12. Click “Go to Checkout” and fill out payment details if no token is used
13. Click “Confirm”.

Group Lesson:

1. Click “Make a booking”
2. Click on the date below “Choose your date” and select your date from the calendar and click “Show availability”
   
3. Scroll down to “Group Lesson”
   
4. Click the group you would like to join
   
5. Select rider
   
6. Select payment (if “None” you will be charged at check out for individual price OR “Token” if you have purchased one of our “Token Packages”)
   
7. Select School Horse- instructors assign all horses
   
8. Press “Add to basket”
   
9. Repeat process if bulk booking
   
10. Once all booking are complete, go to “Basket” (top right of page)
    
11. Click “Go to Checkout” and fill out payment details if no token is used
    
12. Click “Confirm”.

How to book an semi-private lesson:

1. Click “Make a booking”
2. Click on the date below “Choose your date”
   
3. Select your date from the calendar and click “Show availability”
   
4. Scroll down to “Private”
   
5. Click the time you would like to book
   
6. Select instructor, type of lesson & rider
   
7. Scroll to the bottom and select “Add another rider to booking”
   
8. Select the friend or additional rider (See add a friend)
9. Click “add rider”
   
10. Select token or “none”
    
11. Add “note” of the horse you would like to ride
    
12. Repeat process if bulk booking
    
13. Once all booking are complete, go to “Basket” (top right of page)
    
14. Click “Go to Checkout” and fill out payment details if no token is used
    
15. Click “Confirm”
    

PLEASE READ. when booking an semi-private you are responsible for paying for BOTH riders, whether that be tokens or card payment.

To add a friend:

If you are booking another rider who already has an account within our system please add them as a “Friend” to your account rather than creating an “Additional rider”.

• Go to the “Dashboard” (Account Home),
  
• Select “Friends”, click “add a friend”,
  
• Type friends email address linked to their EC Pro account,
  
• Click “Send Friend Request” this will send an email that they will need to “accept” – please do this on the web version of EC Pro rather than the app.
  

Adding a friend and linking them to the lesson will add the lesson to their “Lesson bookings” and notify them of any changes to lesson, such as cancellation, change of instructor or time.


Following checkout, an confirmation email will be sent to your account’s email address, if you have not received one please call reception on 01606 854244.
